How To Make Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Dredge flattened chicken tenders in flour and then cover them with an egg and hot sauce mixture. Pan fry the chicken until crispy and then build the slider. You can even make your own blue cheese dressing for a fully homemade dish. By making your own spread you can customize the taste and combine some celery in the dressing for a unique take on familiar flavors. Top with tomato and chili sauce and get ready to have your taste buds blown away. If you don’t enjoy spicy foods, you can cut the level of hot sauce used so the flavor is very mild. In this video, Chef Mark provides an online cooking lesson for making buffalo chicken sliders that pack a flavor punch. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
