1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup canola oil
1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 each apple, cored and diced

½ each pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into medium diced

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl combine the nectar, orange juice, and mustard.
