How To Make Potstickers

Make a simple dough from flour and water and cut small pieces of it to create pot-stickers. Roll out the peices and fill the dough with cooked ground turkey, chili oil and ginger. You can play with filling options using pork, chicken, beef or vegetables. Seal the dough by pinching the edges together to create a half moon shape. You can cook the prepared pot-stickers in a frying pan until they brown on each side. Cover the pan after adding water to allow the pot-stickers to steam cook all the way through. In this video, Chef Mark provides an easy to follow online cooking lesson for delicious pot-stickers. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
