How To Make Puppy Chow

If you haven’t heard of puppy chow before, be prepared to make an extra batch for your personal stash. This is one recipe that will never go to the dogs. Puppy chow is easy to make and always pleases a crowd. Melt peanut butter and chocolate in a glass or metal bowl over a pot of boiling water. Allow the mixture to combine gradually without scorching it. Once it is fully combined, pour the rice cereal squares into the chocolate mixture and gently coat the cereal. Put half of the puppy chow into a large bag with powdered sugar and shake the bag to coat the cereal. Add the rest of the puppy chow to the bag and coat the rest of the cereal. Once it is thoroughly covered in powdered sugar, you can place the puppy chow in a serving bowl and watch it disappear. In this video, Chef Susie provides an easy online cooking lesson for making delicious puppy chow. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
