How To Make Tacos

If you love Mexican food, chances are you have tried your hand at tacos before. This traditional Mexican dish can be fully prepared or served in a build-it-yourself style spread, which is perfect for pleasing a crowd with varying tastes. Although tacos are very simple, they do not lack versatility or variety. Fillings vary with individual preference, but tacos are generally made with corn or flour tortillas and a combination of vegetables and meat. Experiment with lighter versions made with a white fish like mahi mahi, cilantro, red onions, tomato salsa and shredded cabbage. Add in some homemade salsa for a customized flavor combination.
