Old Fashioned Rolled Oats Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups water or milk
1 cup rolled oats
Pinch of salt

Procedure
1. Bring milk or water to the boil in medium saucepan
2. Stir in oats, reduce heat to medium low.
3. When it begins to thicken reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes
4. Stir occasionally.
5. Remove from heat and allow to stand for a minute.
6. Cook until all liquid is absorbed and oats are tender.
