How To Make Mimosas

What’s better to serve at brunch than a fabulous mimosa recipe made with Champagne and orange juice? Fill 1/3 of a champagne flute with Champagne and top off with chilled orange juice. You don’t need to stir as this will cause the Champagne to become flat. Chef Mark provides a simple, fun and perfect way to serve company on a Sunday Brunch. MIMOSA RECIPE:
Ingredients:
2 oz Orange juice
Sparkling wine, chilled, split or full bottle
Direction:
1. Place ice in flute to chill glass
2. Add champagne in flute about 1/3 full. Then add in orange juice. Garnish with an orange slice or curl of orange peel.
