How To Make Jello

Orange Jello is a classic treat that is great for Halloween time. Once Jello has set, you can use cookie cutters to create fun shapes or chill them in personal dishes for a more sophisticated dessert. Prepare the Jello as directed on the packing – add boiling water to the Jello packet and mix until it is completely dissolved. Add some chipped ice to cool the Jello down before adding in Cool Whip to give the treats a light, creamy texture. Once the Jello has set, you can add some extra Cool Whip and mini chocolate chips on top of personal Jello cups for little ghost decorations. Kids will love to make their ghosts dance by jiggling the bowl! In this video, Chef Susie provides an online cooking lesson for making a spooktakular Jello treat. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
