Blueberry Ginger Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
7 oz. light brown sugar
7 oz. butter (room temp)
1/4 cup molasses
1/3 cup honey
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz. cake flour
7 oz. bread flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup buttermilk
12 oz. blueberrys

Procedure:
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Cream the butter and sugar.
3. Add molasses, honey, eggs and vanilla.
4. Mix in the dry ingredients and fold in the blueberrys.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes just until the top springs back when touched or a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Makes about 15 muffins.
