Crab Rangoon has a cream cheese and crab meat filling that everyone enjoys. They require very little prep time. In order to make these you will need crab meat or imitation meat, cream cheese, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and wantons. In a medium bowl whisk the cream cheese, garlic, soy sauce, and green onion. Fold in the crab meat. Put a spoonful of the cream cheese filling on the wanton. To insure that they do not open when frying brush the ends with egg. Let them cool while heating up the oil in the pan. Place into the pan with heated oil and let them fry for about a minute or two. To complete this dish serve it with shrimp fried rice. Learn to cook with Chef Cesar as he give us one of the many different ways to make crab rangoon. Enjoy!
