How To Make Homemade Brownies

When you hear the word brownies, some often classify them as “fudgy” or “cake-like”. Brownies come in a variety of ways, depending on the type of ingredients and chocolate used. These tasty treats can be eaten plain or with a scoop of ice cream and strawberries to top it off. To make your own chocolate brownies start by using your stand mixer to first cream the butter and sugar. Once these items are well incorporated add in a few eggs at a time. To get your eggs evenly mixed add in some dry ingredients, then scrape down the bowl and add in the rest of the eggs. Finish off by adding the remaining flour and coco powder, adding half of the mixture at a time. Once your ingredients is well incorporated add the brownie mix to a 9X9 pan and cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. In this online baking lesson, Chef Susie shows us how to make homemade chocolate brownies that are sure to make your mouth water.
