How To Make Broccoli and Cheese Cornbread

Cornbread is a delicious side dish that is very popular in Southern cooking. While traditional cornbread is delicious all on its own, it can be dressed up with a flavorful punch. To make a hot pepper, broccoli and cheese cornbread, combine eggs, olive oil and milk. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl with a diced habanero and then add the wet into the dry. Mix in the broccoli florets and pour the batter into a baking pan. Before baking, sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top of the batter. In this video, Chef Mark provides an online cooking lesson for making a broccoli and cheese cornbread that is sure to pleasantly surprise your whole family. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
