Chocolate Cherry Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
4 oz. white chocolate chips
5 oz. dried cherries
4 oz. butter (room temp)
4 oz. lt. brown sugar
3 oz. granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 medium eggs
1/8 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
9 oz. bread flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Method
1. Cream the butter and sugar
2. Add the salt, eggs, honey, and vanilla – scrape down the bowl
3. Add the dry ingredients and fold in the chips and cherries
4. Spoon onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes until they start to become golden in color
