How To Make Cannelloni

Cannelloni combines all the best ingredients of Italian food to form a terrifically tasty meal that all can enjoy. Cannelloni 
32 oz pasta dough
36 oz ricotta filling
24 oz tomato sauce
16 oz mozzarella cheese
32 oz cooked Italian sausage and spinach filling

  1. Combine ricotta and spinach/sausage filling.
  2. Roll pasta with a portion of the filling, ladle a small amount of sauce in the bottom of a buttered pan and spread evenly.
  3. Pack cannelloni into the pan and cover with sauce and cheese.
  4. Bake at 350F until they reach an internal temp of 165F or about 20 minutes.
