Sautéed Radishes & Greens Recipe
Yield: 8 servings

3 pounds radishes (5-6 bunches) greens removed and reserved, radishes cut in half
3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons minced chives
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. Heat 2 Tbs. butter in large sauté pan over medium heat. Sauté radishes until al dente, remove from pan and keep warm
2. Sauté garlic and greens in remaining 1 Tbs. of butter just until greens wilt
3. Add radishes and chives to the pan
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss to combine and serve
