A little spicy, a little sweet and a whole lot of delicious, you can make your very own breakfast sausage at home with just a couple ingredients and a meat grinder. Breakfast Sausage
5 lbs pork butt
1.5 oz salt
5 tbsp fresh sage, minced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tsp ground white pepper
1 cup ice water
Plastic wrap

  1. Grind pork, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme through a meat grinder.
  2. Using a spoon or your hands, mix the ingredients together.
  3. Place onto plastic wrap.
  4. Roll meat mixture into the plastic wrap.
  5. Prepare to your liking.
