How To Cook Grilled Zucchini

Grilled Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients
3 lbs of zucchini
Salad oil for brushing grill
¼ cup EV olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Procedure
1. Wash and scrub the zucchini, cut off ends and cut into long bias cuts as demonstrated. Brush zucchini with olive oil and salt the pieces.
2. Ensure grill is hot and brushed free of any debris.
3. Oil grill with salad oil just before grilling
4. Place slices at 2 PM position for 2- minutes, turn to slice to the 10PM position and cook additional 2- minutes, turn over and cook on other side.
5. Thickness of cut will decide how long the cooking process will be.
6. Drizzle Balsamic vinegar over and freshly ground black pepper.
7. Serve hot or room temp.
