And although smoothie bowls can very easily have the same ingredients as said healthy breakfast shakes—a couple toppings and a slightly thicker consistency and it’s a total game changer. That’s why we love our recipe for smoothie bowl success. An array of frozen fruits, a handful of greens and some almond milk get tossed into a food processor or blender and boom—you knock out most of your daily vitamin intake before 9 a.m. Top with fresh fruit, shaved coconut, granola, drizzled honey and more for a breakfast that leaves you feeling full, light and ready to take on whatever comes your way. So follow along and learn to cook this easy green smoothie bowl with our host in this online cooking class.
