Marinated Flank Steak Recipe
Serves 8

Ingredients:
4 lbs. whole flank steaks
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. thyme
Freshly ground black pepper

Method:
1. Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine
2. Place steaks in a large zip lock bag. Pour marinade into bag and seal. Refrigerate and let marinate at least 2 hours and up to 12 hours
3. Remove steaks from marinade, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Discard the marinade
4. Preheat grill. Grill steaks, 3-4 minutes per side
5. Tent steaks with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain
