Broiled Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
7- oz.Bone in sirloin or rib eye steak
Salt and pepper to taste
1- Tbsp Olive Oil

Method:
1. Season the steak well with salt. Turn on broiler and set oven rack 6-8 inches away from the element. Allow to get hot.
2. Brush with oil and broil to the desired degree of doneness, adjusting rack or broiler temp to get an even browning color.
3. Plate steak and grind fresh black pepper over all.
