Bacon recipe:

Ingredients
Thick or thin slice bacon
Parchment paper
Cookie sheet pan/tray
Tongs or metal spatula
Small glass bowl

Procedure
1. Pre-heat oven to 375oF.
2. Lay bacon on parchment lined sheet pan
3. Place in oven
4. After 5-7 minutes check to see how much fat has been rendered and poor excess off into bowl.
5. With Tongs turn bacon over if crispy texture is desired.
6. Remove bacon when desired crispiness has been reached.
7. Keep warm before service
