No summer is complete without having a few hot dogs at a backyard barbecue or while watching your favorite baseball team. Although summer has come and gone, fall is still a great time to take advantage of the last few months of grilling out. If you are in a rush for dinner, throwing a few hot dogs on the grill is a quick and easy meal or a fun way to spend an afternoon of tailgating. Just toss your hot dogs on the grill on medium heat and cook them all the way through, flipping sides halfway through the process. While hot dog topping preference may vary – the ketchup versus mustard debate is very real – they are easy to supply and let guests dress their own dogs. In this video, Chef Mark gives an online cooking lesson on how grill the perfect hot dog. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
