How To Make Beef Stir Fry

Are you in a stir fry kind of mood for dinner tonight? Then you should try this Beef Stir Fry recipe that Chef Fernando demonstrates in this cooking lesson. You will need:  beef, green peppers, red peppers, cilantro and onions. For the liquid ingredients you will need: oil, garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce. When preparing the beef cut into thin slices against its grain, this will make the beef easier to chew when eating.  It is recommended to use a wok but if you do not have one you can use a regular saute pan. First, warm up the oil in the wok and then add in the beef.  Let the beef sit for a couple of minutes and then stir every couple of minutes; you do not want to constantly stir it because the beef will not caramelize. Stir in vegetables and simmer until they become tender. Next, add in the sesame oil, soy sauce and garlic. You will want to keep an eye on the garlic so that it does not burn because it is being cooked at such high heat.  Now that you are all done you can remove it from the heat and add in the cilantro to give it some extra flavor.  To complete this recipe serve the beef and vegetables over cooked rice. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
