How To Grill Hamburgers

The smell of barbecues and long summer nights is in the air. After an active day full of outdoor activities, nothing quite hits the spot like a juicy hamburger. Grilling up a mouth-watering hamburger isn’t difficult, and if you’re hosting a cookout, you don’t have to leave the party to go make dinner. Choose a meat with a little fat to lend a better flavor to your burgers. Loosely pack patties and add any seasoning before putting the burgers on the grill. Over high heat, cook the burgers until you see the juices collecting at the top of the burger, which means the inside of the burger is cooking through, then flip the patty. Let your burgers stand for a few minutes before you serve them while you toast the buns. And don’t forget to set out all the fixings for your hungry guests to choose from. In this video, Chef Mark will show you how to cook perfectly grilled hamburgers in just a few steps. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
