How To Make Pumpkin Bread

It is the time of the season where pumpkins have their time in the spotlight. The orange squash is used to create ghoulish jack-o-lanterns, the seeds are roasted for a tasty snack and the flesh is used in a number of dishes from the time-honored pumpkin pie to savory soups. Pumpkin bread is not as common as a few of the other fall dishes, but once you try it you will be craving it all year long. Combine pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and oil before adding in the eggs and flour. This simple recipe can be baked in a themed pan to give a little bit of personality to your bread. Serve slices of the loaf for breakfast on Halloween morning or celebrate the great fall flavors all season long with this tasty treat. In this video, Chef Susie provides an easy-to-follow demonstration that will help you learn to cook a festive Halloween pumpkin bread. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
