Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups banana
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4cups flour

Procedure:
1. Mash the bananas, mix in the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla
2. Mix in the dry ingredients
3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×5 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45min
Properly baked bread should be medium brown in color and when a toothpick is inserted it should come out clean

    I take it that the flour you are using is just regular all purpose flour? seeing how you are using baking soda.
