Sometimes it’s nice to revert back to a  classic homestyle meal for dinner. Tuna casserole has been a favorite comfort food among households for many years. This dish can be prepared many different ways to appeal to almost anyone. Tuna Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
To taste salt
To taste pepper
7 ounces tuna, canned, with juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix all ingredients together in a large casserole dish, reserving 1/2 cup of cheese.
Sprinkle reserved cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
