Couscous Recipe

Ingredients
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup Couscous (not instant)
1 & 1/4 cup stock or broth of choice
Sea Salt, and pepper to taste
Add your favorite cooked vegetable diced or cooked diced meat as desired

Procedure
1. Heat 1 oz. butter in a small saucepan. Add the stock and bring to a boil.
2. Add the cous cous. Stir.
3. Turn off heat and cover allow to sit 5 minutes
4. Stir the cous cous with a fork
5. Add flavorings or vegetables and meats as desired.
