How To Make Cranberry Sauce

Learn to make fresh cranberry sauce (relish) with Chef Mark.

Fresh Cranberry Sauce Recipe:


14 oz. fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
¾ Cup granulated sugar
¾ Cup orange juice, most pulp
Zest of 1 naval orange

1. Warm cranberries in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in sugar and orange juice and cook until sugar is melted and berries begin to burst ( 5 to 6 minutes )
2. Stir again, add orange zest, and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, cover pan, and allow to cool. Refrigerate until cold ( about 2 hours )
