Roasted Parsnips with Sansho Pepper Recipe

Ingredients
6 large Parsnips, cut batonnet or large sticks
1 cup Vegetable stock or broth
1 oz. XV Olive oil
2 Tbsp Chopped Italian parsley
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
Black sesame seeds( optional)
Japanese Sansho pepper
Roasting pan or casserole dish

Procedure
1. Peel parsnips then cut into sticks 2 inch by ¼ in approximate, or larger if desired.
2. Toss with Olive oil and sea salt
3. Place in roasting pan or casserole, add stock and roast/bake in oven until tender but still firm, for a crunchy texture if desired
4. Garnish with pepper and sesame seeds, and chopped Italian parsley
