Want to turn breakfast on its head? Try something creative like a breakfast pizza – and that doesn’t mean just grabbing for cold leftovers in the morning. A breakfast pizza is easy to make, and you can personalize the toppings to fit your taste. Using a pre-made crust will speed up the process, so you can enjoy your breakfast sooner, or even have the kids top their own pizzas. Add sauce, cheese, cooked bacon and a raw egg on the pizza. Create a small recess in the toppings to place the egg so it does not run when you add it to the pizza. Bake the pizza until the egg is cooked and finish with some chopped green onions. In this video, Chef Susie provides an easy-to-follow online cooking lesson for preparing a delicious breakfast pizza. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
