How To Make Pizza

Pizza Dough Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup water
3/4 oz. dry yeast
1 lb. 2oz. bread flour
1/4/oz. salt
1/8 cup olive oil
pinch of sugar
Procedure
1. Put flour, yeast and sugar in mixing bowl with the dough hook attachment.
2. Add the water, oil and salt
3. Mix for a few minutes until dough forms a ball
4. Put in an oiled bowl, cover and refrigerate 2 hours before rolling
* be very careful not to mix the salt with the yeast when they are dry the salt will kill the yeast, that is why the salt is mixed in later after the water and oil
Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. of pre-made Pizza Dough
2 -3 cups tomato sauce
8-10 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
8 large fresh basil leaves
¼ cup of parmesan cheese
Procedure
1. Allow dough to soften an hour on the table.
2. Dust flour on the table, and have 1/2 cup handy if needed for rolling out the dough
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
4. With hands dusted with flour, lift dough onto floured cookie sheet pan ( or pizza stone)
5. Pat dough into round shape, pressing lightly to form a border around circumference
6. Ladle sauce in circular motion, adding enough to cover, add more if you like it moister
7. Lay sliced fresh mozzarella in circular pattern, so that each slice would get a piece at least.
8. Then lay the fresh basil leaf as well.
9. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
10. Bake 15 -20 minutes until crust is browned and center slightly bubbling
11. Serve hot
