Stir Fried Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package (10 oz) extra-firm tofu, drained
1oz. Coconut Oil
1 oz. sweet soy sauce (soy sauce with honey works too)
1 oz. dark soy sauce
1-2 tablespoon Chinese Shao Xing rice wine or dry white wine
3 cups sliced sautéed wood ear mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 oz. minced onion
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1 cup julienned scallions
1 tbsp diced red peppers

Method:
1. Heat oil in skillet or wok and add Tofu.
2. Add minced onion, ginger and garlic and Serrano chilies whole.
3. Add some micro cabbage and sautéed wood ear mushrooms.
4. Add sweet soy sauce and cooking wine, add dark soy sauce and finish with sweet chili sauce.
5. Heat through and take out into serving dish and garnish with scallions and red peppers.
