  1. What is difference between Italian Flat Leaf and Curled Parsley? Flavor or solely garnish?
    Julie

    • Julie,
Flat leaf parsley has a deeper flavor and its appearance is attractive. Curly parsley can be bitter and was the ubiquitous garnish of yesteryear’s bad roadside diners !Eventhough, it is preferred as chopped parsley for dusting/ garnishing plates.

  2. The stuffing looks absolutely superb! I’ll give it a try. Thank you.
