Have you always wanted to learn how to make homemade ice cream? Here are some fun and easy steps to making Cantaloupe Ice Cream. All you need is some lemon juice, cantaloupe , heavy cream, sugar, and milk. First you have to heat the milk and then add the sugar, and egg yolks to the warm milk.  This will give the ice cream a little more of volume. Next, you add the lemon juice and the heavy cream to the mixture. Lastly add the cantaloupe puree and freeze the mixture. Now all you have to do is enjoy! Cantaloupe Ice Cream Recipe:
recipe is ready in 1-2 hrs
serves/makes: 2 quarts

Ingredients:
6 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 large cantaloupe, ripe, peeled and pureed
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups whipping cream

Directions:
1. Combine egg yolks, scolding milk, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
2. Beat until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
4. Strain mixture.
5. Cool down and churn about 1 hour or until firm around edges.
