How To Make Homemade Donuts
Making a delicious donut at home doesn’t have to be difficult. You can prepare homemade donuts in a matter of minutes by using a premade biscuit mix. Simply cut a hole in the center using a cookie cutter and deep fry them! You can make donut holes with the centers, but be careful when placing the dough in the oil. Once the oil has reached 350 to 375 degrees, you do not want to splash any of it. Use a slotted spoon to turn the donuts in the oil to get a golden-brown color all around. Remove the donuts from the oil using a slotted spoon and allow them to slightly cool on a layer of paper towels. Once you can handle the donuts, roll them in granulated sugar, cinnamon sugar, or coat them with icing and enjoy.
