This warm dip really hits the spot on game day. Combine 312 beer, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese over low heat to make a delicious beer cheese dip that will have everyone coming back for more. Be sure to add the cheese in slowly so each batch melts completely, creating a smooth uniform texture. You can garnish the dip with chopped green onions to add a pop of color and a fresh flavor. The dip goes great with fresh veggies, apple slices, pretzels and crusty bread, but be sure to have plenty so that every last bit of dip can be savored. Beer Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 to 1/3 cup beer
2 oz green onions, chopped

Directions:
1. Pour the beer and cream cheese in a saucepan over low heat and melt the cheese while stirring constantly and making sure not to burn the bottom of the pan
2. Stir in the cheddar cheese and continue to cook over low heat until cheese is melted
3. Adjust seasoning if needed and
