The bellini is a champagne and peach cocktail named after famous painter, Giovanni Bellini. The best part of this cocktail is that it only requires two ingredients, which makes it very easy to mix together. Pour the peach juice or peach puree into a Champagne flute. Slowly add the Champagne, and garnish with a fresh peach wedge. Originally this cocktail was made with sparkling wine, so feel free to use either option.
