Tropical Gin Martini Recipe

Ingredients
A large martini glass
4 ounces of Bombay Sapphire gin, place in freezer overnight
1 oz. Pineapple juice
Creme de Cassis to float
Fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp
Pineapple wedge for garnish

Procedure
1. Put Martini/ Cocktail pitcher in fridge
2. Take a 6 oz. martini glass, fill it with ice.
3. Remove cocktail pitcher from fridge fill with ice cubes
4.  Remove Gin from freezer and Pour measured Gin into pitcher, add Pineapple Juice, add lemon juice stir well.
5. Dump ice from glass pour in mixed drink  holding back ice, float crème de cassis
