The Manhattan cocktail—now this is what the Manhattan Project should have been about. You can use any kind of whiskey of your choice, for this recipe we’re going to be using American whiskey, bourbon, it makes a great dry Manhattan! Fill a martini glass to the brim with ice so it chills while you make your drink. Add your whiskey, sweet vermouth with a few ice cubes, and then stir or gently shake. Do not overdo it, you do not want the ice to water down the drink. Pour every drop into your chilled martini glass, garnish with a cherry and enjoy! For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
