PSI Martini Gangnam Style Recipe

Ingredients
A large martini glass
Lemon wedge
Granulated sugar
6-oz.( 3- shots) of Sochu, Korean Vodka
1.5-2 oz (one shot) Ginger Liqueur
One piece candied Ginger
A small red sweet  pepper
Cocktail pick to skewer the candied ginger and pepper
Cocktail or Martini shaker

Procedure
1. Rim glass with lemon juice from wedge and dip in sugar
2. Add plenty of ice to keep glass cold.
3. In the cocktail shaker, add 1-2 scoops of cubed ice
4. Add the Sochu then the ginger liqueur
5. Put top on shaker and shake 30-32 times or until shaker feels extremely cold.
6. Dump out the ice from the glass and pour drink through strainer into the glass.
7. Serve with Candied ginger and pepper garnish
