A pina colada is the perfect cocktail to take you straight to paradise right from your very own home. All you need for this trip is a blender, ice, sweetened coconut cream (coco loco is great for this), half and half, pineapple juice, and rum. In the blender add in the sweetened cream, half and half, and pineapple juice. Spin those ingredients for a couple of seconds. Add in ice, a little bit at a time to see how it is blending and finally pour in the rum to your tasting. Remember that a Pina Colada isn’t a frozen drink it is creamier. Top off with cherries.  Chef Mark gives us a great classic Pina Colada recipe to use. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.

    • Fat Free Half and Half is sold in the stores by LandOLakes or Tuscan or Simply Smart or most other dairy producers you would have to check in your grocery store in the dairy section.
