How To Cook Grilled Salmon

Salmon is a delicious fish that is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D, and doesn’t have the strong fishy flavor that deters some people from eating fish. Salmon is thought to provide a multitude of health benefits, including heart health, improved skin and even Alzheimer’s prevention. Its meaty texture lends itself well to grilling. You can grill any type of salmon you prefer: wild-caught Alaskan, farm-raised, and sockeye. Leave the skin on the salmon while cooking, so your filets do not fall apart when you remove them from the grill. You can flavor the filets with any blend of herbs and spices or a marinade before you cook them. Try a light and refreshing combination of lemon, pepper, basil and parsley. In this video, Chef Mark will show you how to cook a moist grilled salmon in just a few steps. In this video, Chef Mark gives an online cooking lesson on how to cook grilled salmon. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
