How To Grill BBQ Jack Daniels Pork Chops
If you are looking for an alternative to grilling hamburgers and hotdogs, pork chops are a great choice! Pork chops are simple to cook on the grill which allow you to get creative with the seasoning and preparation. Dry rubs and bbq sauces are a couple easy ways to prepare pork chops for the grill this season. The dry rub will not add moisture or help to tenderize the chops, but it will add a lot of flavor. Chef Mark recommends not adding the bbq sauce until the meat is just about ready to be removed from the grill due to the caramelization of the sugars in the sauce which can burn off during the cooking process. In this video, Chef Mark demonstrates how using Jack Daniels Whiskey and Jack Daniels BBQ sauce can add a nice kick to your pork chops!
