How To Make Roasted Potatoes With Rosemary

Rosemary is a very aromatic herb that pairs well with beef and poultry. The comforting herb is a great component in simple dishes that really let its flavor shine. Both fresh and dried rosemary leaves can be used in rosemary potatoes, but fresh sprigs will give a stronger flavor. The roasted potatoes achieve a crispy outer layer and a warm fluffy interior, which satisfies even the pickiest of eaters. The fragrant rosemary and hearty potatoes make this dish a perfect candidate for a winter holiday meal.
