Easy, Kid-Friendly Nutella No Bake Cookies
Want to learn how to cook an easy, kid-friendly dessert with a classic ingredient that everyone loves – Nutella?
This delicious no bake cookie recipe, courtesy of The Vintage Mixer, has everything you’d want in a cookie – chocolate, crunchy oats and peanut butter – without all the heat. Plus, without an oven, this is one of the best recipes for kids because it’s safe to prepare, tasty and fun.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ milk
¼ peanut butter
2 cups rolled oats
¾ cup Nutella hazelnut spread
Instructions:
Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a medium to large saucepan. Next, add the sugar, cocoa and milk until combined. Fold in the peanut butter, Nutella and rolled oats. After the mixture is fully combined, remove from heat and quickly shape the dough into 1- to 1½-inch diameter balls.
Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the balls on the paper and pop in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Now your cookies are ready to serve or be stored in an airtight container.
With just a few ingredients and no heat, you can have delicious cookies in no time.
Thanks for featuring my recipe! Next time I’ll have to include some kids while I make these!

Do you think the peanut butter can be left out or replaced for those that are allergic to peanuts any ideas?
