superfood trufflesTruffles Recipe
Yield: About 2 dozen

Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned oats
¼ cup chopped almonds
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa)
½ cup creamy nut butter (peanut, almond etc.)
2 Tbsp. honey or real maple syrup
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla extract

Method:
Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Once chilled, form dough into golf-ball sized balls.
Store truffles in an airtight container and enjoy!
