This traditional Mexican comfort food is a great way to change up your weekly menu. Start by heating red salsa, pinto beans and some corn chips in a pan. Make sure that the chips are thouroghly coated and then plate and top with guacamole, queso fresco, onion, peppers, tomatoes, sour cream and cilantro. Serve this dish warm and don’t let it sit for too long before you eat it or the chips will become too soft. In this video, Chef Mark provides an online cooking lesson for making authentic chilaquiles. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
