How To Make Chicken Parmesan

This classic Italian dish is easy to make but looks impressive on the dinner table. You can serve chicken parmesan over a bed of pasta for a truly Italian take on the dish, or go for a lighter version and serve alongside a big green salad. To make chicken parmesan, dredge your chicken breast in flour, then dip it in an egg wash and cover the chicken breast with bread crumbs. When the chicken is completely covered with the panko bread crumbs, it is ready to go into the skillet. Once the chicken is cooked through and both sides are golden brown. Cover the chicken with pomodoro or marinara sauce and plenty of mozzarella cheese, and stick the chicken in the oven for the cheese to completely melt over the chicken breasts. In this video, Chef Fernando provides an online cooking lesson for an easy chicken parmesan. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
