The Dirty Martini is a classic, must-know recipe for any bartender. Before starting you may want to chill your martini glass by filling it with crushed iced. Begin by mixing vodka with a splash of dry vermouth, and then add your brine (olive juice) to give it a nice cloudy appearance. The dirty part comes from the use of olive juice, which also blends nicely with gin if you prefer that over vodka. Shake these ingredients together, pour into your now chilled martini glass and then garnish with olives for a perfect dirty martini. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
